Terms of Use & Refund Policy

In short: Tabwright is free to use. Pro is a one-time purchase with no subscription, and it includes updates. If Pro isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
1. The service
Tabwright is a browser extension for managing tabs. These terms apply when you install or use Tabwright, or buy Tabwright Pro. By using Tabwright you agree to them.
2. Free and Pro
The free version can be used at no cost. Tabwright Pro unlocks extra features with a one-time payment. It is not a subscription, and there are no recurring charges. Pro includes the updates we release for Tabwright.
3. Your Pro license
After purchase, you receive a license key by email. It gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Pro on up to 3 of your own computers at a time. Don't share, publish or resell your key. To move Pro to another computer, use "Deactivate this device" first. We may deactivate keys that are shared publicly, used fraudulently, or refunded.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as merchant of record and handles billing, receipts and applicable sales taxes. Creem's terms apply to the checkout. Prices are shown in US dollars; your bank may apply its own currency conversion.
5. Refund policy
If you're not happy with Pro, email tabwright.dev@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Include the email address you used to buy or your order number, and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked. Once refunded, the license key stops working. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Tabwright to break the law. Don't try to bypass its license checks, and don't attack or overload our license service.
7. Changes and availability
We may improve, change or remove features over time. We may also update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Tabwright stores your data on your own device, so your saved tabs remain yours even if the service changes.
8. No warranty and limitation of liability
Tabwright is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Please export your sessions from time to time as a backup. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro.

3. 你的 Pro 授权
购买后，授权码会发到你的邮箱。它授予你在自己的电脑上使用 Pro 的个人、非独占、不可转让的权利，最多同时激活 3 台。请不要分享、公开或转卖授权码。要把 Pro 换到另一台电脑，请先使用"在这台设备上注销"。对于被公开分享、欺诈使用或已退款的授权码，我们可能会停用。
4. 付款
付款由 Creem 处理，Creem 作为记录商家（Merchant of Record），负责收款、开具收据和代缴适用的销售税。结账过程适用 Creem 的条款。价格以美元标示，你的银行可能另行进行货币换算。
5. 退款政策
如果你对 Pro 不满意，请在购买后 14 天内发邮件到 tabwright.dev@gmail.com，附上购买时使用的邮箱或订单号，我们会全额退款，不问原因。退款后授权码将失效。本政策不影响你所在地消费者法律赋予你的任何权利。
6. 合理使用
请勿利用 Tabwright 从事违法活动。请勿试图绕过授权核验，也不要攻击我们的授权服务或使其过载。
7. 变更与可用性
我们可能会持续改进、调整或移除部分功能，也可能更新本条款，届时会修改上方的生效日期。Tabwright 把你的数据存放在你自己的设备上，因此即使服务发生变化，你保存的标签依然归你所有。
8. 免责与责任限制
Tabwright 按"现状"提供，不作任何形式的保证。建议你定期导出会话作为备份。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对间接或附带损失以及数据丢失承担责任。我们的全部责任以你为 Pro 支付的金额为限。
